Editing Your Lodge Profile

The Lodge Profile contains the core information about your property. This data appears on guest-facing emails, invoices, and your public booking page.

Accessing Lodge Profile

Go to Settings > Profile to view and edit your lodge details.

Profile Fields

  • Lodge name -- Displayed on booking confirmations, invoices, and the public booking page.
  • Timezone -- All booking dates and times are stored and displayed in this timezone. Choose from 7 US timezones plus international options.
  • Email -- Your lodge's primary contact email. Used as the reply-to address on guest emails.
  • Phone -- Contact phone number displayed on guest communications.
  • Address -- Street, city, state, and ZIP code. Appears on invoices and confirmation emails.
  • Website -- Optional. Displayed as a link on your public booking page.

Logo Upload

Upload your lodge logo to appear on emails, the public booking page, and guest-facing documents.

  • Supported formats -- JPEG, PNG, WebP, SVG
  • Max file size -- 5 MB
  • Recommendation -- Use a square or horizontal logo with a transparent background for best results.

Click Upload Logo to select a file, or drag and drop onto the upload area.

Your public booking URL is displayed on the Profile page. The format is gethookset.com/book/[your-slug]. Share this link on your website, social media, or in emails so guests can book directly.
