Notification Preferences

Hookset sends email notifications for key events. Control which ones you receive on your My Profile page — click your name in the bottom-left of the sidebar and select My Profile.

Available Notifications

Who Receives Notifications

Notifications are sent to the lodge owner and all team members with the Manager role. Staff-level team members do not receive lodge notifications.

Each notification type can be toggled on or off independently.

Guest-Facing vs. Lodge Notifications

The toggles on this page control lodge-facing notifications only (emails sent to you and your managers). Guest-facing emails (booking confirmations, payment receipts, balance reminders, trip prep invites) are always sent and cannot be disabled.

Tip: If you're receiving too many emails, consider turning off Guide assignment changes first -- this generates the most notifications for lodges with active daily assignments.

Notification Delivery

All notifications are sent via email. There are no in-app notifications or push notifications at this time.
