Hookset's navigation lives in the sidebar on the left side of every dashboard page. Some items are only visible on certain plans or roles.
Always Visible
These pages are available on every plan for all logged-in users:
- Dashboard -- Daily overview, booking calendar, and guide schedule.
- Bookings -- Full booking list with filtering, search, and status management.
- Guides -- Guide roster, availability settings, and trip history.
- Guests -- Guest profiles, contact details, and trip prep form responses.
- Guide Rates -- Rate cards for guided fishing days.
- Gear Rentals -- Rentable equipment that can be attached to bookings.
- Add-ons -- One-time extras like airport transfers or photo packages.
- Packages -- Trip package categories with variants and pricing.
Pro and Lodge Plans Only
These pages are hidden on the Free plan:
- Guide Board -- The visual drag-and-drop guide allocation board.
- Rooms -- Room inventory, availability calendar, and assignments.
Pro + Lodge: On the Free plan, you can still manage guide assignments from within each booking's detail page. The Guide Board provides the visual overview and bulk assignment tools.
Manager and Owner Only
- Settings -- Lodge profile, seasons, billing, team members, and integrations. Only visible to Manager and Owner roles.
The User Menu
Click your name or avatar in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar to open the user menu:
- Settings -- Jump directly to the Settings area (if you have manager access).
- Log out -- End your session and return to the login page.
Help Center
A Help link appears at the bottom of the sidebar. It opens the Help Center in a new tab where you can search articles and browse guides for every feature.
