The dashboard is the first page you see after logging in. It gives you a real-time snapshot of what's happening at your lodge today and surfaces items that need attention.
Today Strip
The Today Strip runs across the top and shows four counts for the current date:
- Check-ins -- Bookings with a check-in date of today.
- Departures -- Bookings with a check-out date of today.
- Guides on water -- Guides with at least one confirmed assignment for today.
- Rooms occupied -- Rooms with an active overnight stay tonight.
Pro + Lodge: The Rooms occupied count only appears if your plan includes room management.
Click any count to jump to the relevant filtered list.
Quick Actions
Below the Today Strip, Quick Actions provide shortcut buttons for common tasks:
- New Booking -- Opens the create booking form.
- Add Guest -- Opens the guest creation form.
- Assign Guide -- Takes you to the Guide Board for today.
Booking Calendar
The Booking Calendar shows upcoming bookings as a monthly view. Each booking appears as a block spanning its check-in to check-out dates, color-coded by status:

Click any booking block to open the booking detail panel.
Capacity Widget
The Capacity Widget shows how full your lodge is over the next 14 days. Each day displays a bar representing the percentage of guide capacity and room capacity currently booked.
Pro + Lodge: The room capacity row only appears on Pro and Lodge plans.
If a day is at or over capacity, the bar turns red and an alert appears.
Guide Schedule
The Guide Schedule shows each active guide's assignment status for today and the next few days. Guides with no assignment show as Available. Guides at capacity show as Full.
Note: The Guide Schedule only counts confirmed assignments. Inquiries and unpaid bookings are not included.
Unassigned Alerts
If any confirmed bookings are missing a guide assignment and the trip date is within the next 7 days, an Unassigned alert banner appears. The banner lists each affected booking with a direct link to assign a guide.
Tip: This section only appears when there are alerts to show. If all upcoming trips are assigned, it is hidden.
