The booking detail page is the central hub for managing an individual booking. Open it by clicking any booking from the Bookings list or the dashboard calendar.
Header
The header shows the booking reference (e.g., HK-2026-0042), current status, package name, and primary guest name. The Status dropdown lets you advance the booking to its next valid status.
Payment Card
The Payment Card displays:
- Total price -- The full booking cost including package, day rates, gear, and add-ons.
- Deposit amount -- The required deposit based on your package settings.
- Balance due -- Total minus all recorded payments.
- Payment history -- A table of every payment and refund with date, amount, and method.
Click Record Payment to add a new payment, or Issue Refund to process a return.
Room Assignment
If your plan includes rooms, this section shows the assigned room (if any). Click Assign Room or Change Room to update the assignment. Available rooms that fit the party size are listed.
Pro + Lodge: This section only appears on Pro and Lodge plans with room management enabled.
Trip Days
Trip days are the daily records within a booking. Each trip day can have a guide assigned to it. If Auto-generate trip days is enabled in your settings, trip days are created automatically when the booking is created. Otherwise, click Add Trip Day to create them manually.
Each trip day row shows the date, assigned guide (if any), and day rate. Click a trip day to assign or change the guide.
Guest List
The guest list shows all party members attached to the booking. The primary guest is marked with a star. From here you can:
- Add guest -- Attach an existing guest or create a new one.
- Remove guest -- Remove a party member (the primary guest cannot be removed).
- Send prep form -- Send the trip prep form link to a specific guest.
Notes
Internal notes visible only to lodge staff. Use this for special requests, dietary needs, or follow-up reminders. Notes are timestamped and attributed to the team member who added them.
