After booking, every guest fills out a trip prep form with fishing skill, gear sizes, dietary needs, and notes. This becomes the foundation of their profile.
Profiles build automatically from booking data
Every booking adds to the guest record: dates stayed, packages booked, rooms assigned, guides assigned. No manual data entry required.
Returning guests get pre-filled forms
When a guest with an existing profile books again, their trip prep form is pre-filled with data from their last visit. They confirm or update, much faster than starting over.
Search and filter across all guests
Find any guest by name or email. Filter by booking count, last visit date, or dietary flags. Build the list you need without exporting to a spreadsheet.
