The problem
Most fishing lodges manage bookings across a mix of phone calls, email threads, spreadsheet tabs, and handwritten notes. It works, until it doesn't. A double-booking, a missed deposit, a room assigned to two parties at once. These aren't software failures, they're what happens when the tools don't match the job.
Generic booking software doesn't help much. Hotel platforms don't understand package-based pricing or multi-day guided trips. Activity booking tools can't handle the complexity of room assignment, party management, and guide allocation in one flow.

How it works
Create packages with seasonal pricing
Define your packages once, nightly rate, included guides, max guests. Attach seasonal pricing so rates adjust automatically by time of year.
Accept bookings online or manually
Guests book through your public page, or you create bookings manually for phone and email inquiries. Either way, they land in the same pipeline.
Track status from inquiry to completion
Seven booking stages: Inquiry, Confirmed, Deposit Paid, Balance Due, Paid in Full, Checked In, Completed. Each transition is tracked with a timestamp.
Manage rooms and parties
Assign rooms to bookings with conflict detection. Add guests to parties with individual profiles. Everything connected to the same booking record.
