The Bookings page shows all your bookings in a paginated list. Use filters and search to quickly find what you need.
Status Filter
Click the status tabs at the top of the bookings list to filter by status:
- All -- Every booking regardless of status.
- Upcoming -- Confirmed bookings with a future check-in date.
- Inquiry -- New bookings awaiting payment.
- Deposit Paid -- Bookings with a deposit but balance outstanding.
- Confirmed -- Fully paid or manually confirmed bookings.
- Checked In -- Guests currently at the lodge.
- Completed -- Past bookings that are closed.
- Cancelled -- Cancelled bookings.
- No Show -- Bookings where the guest did not arrive.
The count next to each tab shows how many bookings match that filter.
Search
The search bar at the top of the list searches across:
- Guest name -- First or last name of the primary guest.
- Booking reference -- The HK-YYYY-NNNN reference code.
Type at least 2 characters to see results. Search works alongside the active status filter.
Date Range Filter
Use the date range picker to narrow results to bookings with check-in dates within a specific window. This is useful for reviewing a particular week, month, or season.
Package Filter
Filter by package to see only bookings for a specific trip type (e.g., "Half-Day Float Trip" or "Guided Overnight").
Pagination
The bookings list shows 20 bookings per page. Use the pagination controls at the bottom to navigate between pages. The total count is displayed alongside the pagination.
Sorting
Click column headers to sort by check-in date, guest name, status, or total price. Click again to reverse the sort order.
